In the Palatinate region, hardly a week goes by without new vending machines popping up somewhere, selling drinks and snacks, e-cigarettes, and surprise packages. In many places, the vending kiosks are accessible 24/7. But in Ludwigshafen and Landau, the machines have to be paused on Sundays. Why?
